This hotel is a luxurious oasis. The exclusive amenities were impressive. The Spa and wellness center was a real treat, as was the outdoor swimming pool which provided a much-needed escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was stunning, with a sun terrace overlooking a beautiful garden area. The restaurant's special diet menu was a breath of fresh air.
One minor issue was the service. Though the staff were hospitable, there were often communication difficulties.

Had an amazing Easter experience! Loved the boat transportation and beautiful river views. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly. The cozy room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, we enjoyed the nearby parks and shopping.
Due to the noisy construction site next door, our relaxation was often interrupted. We could hear the bulldozers and diggers from our room throughout the day, and it was not conducive to peaceful rest.

We loved the hotel's location by the river, steps away from the heart of old Bangkok and Chinatown, and we had no issues getting transportation to the historical district along the river. The pool and hotel facilities were stunning, as was the design of the rooms and public spaces, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast menu was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Sumet our butler.
Nothing could have been better.
